Awesome Snackage
TRAIL MIX MUFFS
The muffins are quite dense, but really tasty. They don't puff up, so how you put them in the tins, is pretty much how they turn out, so make em purdy. Super good for breakfast.
1/2 cup oil
2 eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla
Dry Mix
3/4 cup brown sugar
2 cup flour,
1/4 teaspoon baking soda
2 teaspoons cinnamon
2 cups trailmix
1. Preheat oven to 400 F
2. Thoroughly combine the wet mix ingredients.
3. Combine the dry mix ingredients and mix thoroughly into the wet mix.
4. Spoon into pans and bake for 20-25 mins.
Yes, this is actually a snack I was eating. A bite from each treat! That's right... I'm 25% guts, 25% adorable and 50% high fructos corn syrup.
Easy Breezy Iced Coffee
1c coffee, totally cooled
3tbsp honey
1tbsp creamer
good ice cubes- make them with something other than tap water (ick)
The hardest part of making homemade iced coffee, is sweetening it. The trick is to heat the honey for about 10 seconds, pour it into the coffee, add the ice cubes and top with creamer. It's the succession of additions that makes it perf.
