Last night's cake! So cutie-pie (no pun intended). I used a box of chocolate cake mix, but because I had no eggs, I blended 1/2 of a banana for each egg it required (three). Baked it normally and it came out SO MOIST AND AMAZING. Possibly the best cake I've ever made. Had this amazing mild banana flavor and was frosted with cream cheese frosting (from the container you buy at the market). The design is just chocolate chips with a little of chocolate syrup for change of color, then swirled together.

Chocolate cake with white forsting -- especially cream cheese! -- is my absolute favorite! This one looks so delicious -- and the bananas sounds amazing!
